“Golden Goal Times” - HRFN has traditionally

been responsible for recording the time of the

first goal or in the case of a goal less draw, the

first corner.  The commentary team decide the

time by pressing their stop watches at the point

the goal is scored or the corner taken. The two

commentators then agree their timings are correct

and the result is then text to the “voice of Anfield”

George Sephton to announce at half time or full time,

depending on the score at half time.
